Industrial Hemp Legal Notice
Uniflora Holistics LLC and it's owners operate under Minnesota's Hemp Pilot Program and keep our license on location at all times. According to MN Statutes 18K.02: "Industrial hemp" means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of the plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis. Industrial hemp is not marijuana as defined in section 152.01, subdivision 9.
All products contained on this website and in our physical location in Fridley, MN are considered Industrial Hemp. Lab tests are available with every purchase and by request.
This is for 2018, under the new definitions of the 2019 hemp pilot program “Industrial hemp product” means any product derived from industrial hemp plants that does not contain any living hemp plants, viable seeds, or total THC concentration above 0.3%.
We have confirmed that Industrial Hemp harvested under the 2018 definition can and will be grandfathered into 2019 and will not require additional testing to ensure it is at the 2019 definition.
While Industrial Hemp may be legal, law enforcement have been trained to identify a similar smelling/looking illegal product "cannabis" by it's look and smell. Keep your purchase in it's original packaging. We provide a lab report and notice to law enforcement with every purchase that is affixed to your Industrial Hemp packaging. We do not recommend removing the Industrial Hemp from your retail packaging without proper identification.
